The Om Muruga College of Arts and Science, established in the year 2013 is an conceived by the Model Youth Development Trust, a Philanthropic educational agency in Paramathi Velur, Namakkal District and the Chairmanship of Dr.Pon.Sundar and Dr.S.Nirmala as member. Both of them are retired professors having more than 30 years of college teaching experience. Dr.Pon.Sundar the first Controller of Examinations and Registrar in-charge of Thiruvalluvar University, Vellore.
